Shipping & Returns
Everything at The Persistent Pestle LLC is put handmade. We are a small shop and every item ordered takes time to prepare for shipment. If a product is backordered, becomes out-of-stock, or is delayed for any reason, the consumer will be made aware.
The lead-time for any item is typically 1-3 business days.
Standard shipping is estimated at 2-3 days.
At this time The Persistent Pestle LLC can only ship within the USA.
Due to being a small business, we cannot ship items daily. Monday and Thursday mornings are our guaranteed send dates. This does not guarantee that an item will be shipped out on those days due to it being purchased beforehand.
If an item in your order is received with any notable damage or discrepancies it may be eligible to be returned and compensated. If an item is seeking to be returned for any other reason, please contact customer service.
Any request for returns and compensation must be made within 30 days of the issued invoice date.
If an item is not received within 5 days of shipment, please contact customer service immediately.
No additional restocking fees will be required and compensation will be provided for the applicable item upon approval of return request.
If an item in your order is received with any notable damage or discrepancies please contact customer service immediately to begin a return request. Please provide the name and address matching the invoice along with a short explanation of the issues found. Your feedback helps us to understand the needs and concerns of our valued customers and further assists us in the continuing improvement of our product and service.
Approved compensation is eligible for a refund via your original payment method. Please provide the full name, last four digits and expiration date of the original credit card used for the purchase. If you paid for your order with an alternative method, we may issue a refund via a coupon equaling the item total on your original invoice.

All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is found to be the error of The Persistent Pestle LLC. Any refused or non-deliverable packages will be canceled upon receipt and will be subject to a return-shipping fee by the carrier and this fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the products. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Returned items must be in their original, unaltered packaging, and refunds will be issued only for the approved item to be returned.
We do not accept returns on products that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients. This contaminates the raw product(s) leaving us unable to assess them in the original condition in which they were received.
If a freight forwarder or any other shipping method in addition to our original shipment was used, you or the alternate shipping agency becomes the sole responsible exporter of the goods. The Persistent Pestle LLC will not be responsible for damage or loss once the goods have been received by the alternate shipping agency. A replacement of, or refund for, any goods delivered to a freight forwarder will not be able to be approved, nor will we be able to address any issues if the package leaves the country.
Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we will not be able to issue refund or compensation for non-qualifying items and cannot return received items back to you.
